This Shipping Policy explains how orders are dispatched, tracked, and supported by mToken. By placing an order on https://mtokens.in, you agree to the terms below.
1. General
All orders are subject to stock availability. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you with available options, including waiting for restock or receiving a refund for the unavailable item.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, package dimensions, and destination. The shipping amount shown at checkout is the final shipping amount charged to the customer.
3. Returns and Warranty
3.1 Return due to change of mind
Return requests for change of mind must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
After inspection and approval, refunds are issued as store credit. Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
3.2 Warranty returns
Valid warranty claims must be submitted within 90 days of receiving the item. Customers pay return shipping first, and we reimburse return shipping after successful warranty validation.
Once a warranty claim is approved, customers can choose one of the following:
- Refund to the original payment method
- Store credit
- Replacement product, if available
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Transit time - domestic
Domestic shipments are generally delivered within 2 to 7 business days.
4.2 Transit time - international
International orders are generally delivered within 4 to 22 business days, depending on destination and courier service.
4.3 Dispatch timeline
Orders received before 5:00 PM IST are typically dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after this time are dispatched on the next business day. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
4.4 Change of delivery address
Delivery addresses can be updated only before the order is dispatched.
4.5 Delivery exceptions
If an item in your order is out of stock, dispatch may be delayed until it becomes available. If delivery time exceeds the estimated timeline, please contact our support team for assistance.
5. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we share tracking details via email or SMS so you can monitor delivery updates.
6. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel appears damaged at delivery, please refuse the package when possible and contact us immediately. For parcels delivered in your absence, report damage promptly with photos so we can start an investigation with the courier.
For parcels confirmed as damaged or lost in transit, we process a replacement or refund after courier investigation.
7. Duties and Taxes
Applicable taxes are included as displayed at checkout. Import duties and destination country taxes, if applicable, are handled as per courier and destination regulations.
8. Cancellations
Order cancellations are accepted before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible and return terms will apply.
