2. Debit/Credit Card and Bank Account Details

• The user confirms that the card or bank account used is lawfully owned and authorized for the transaction.
• The user is responsible for ensuring accuracy of card and bank details submitted.
• By initiating a payment, the user authorizes debit of the selected account for payable fees and applicable charges.
• The user is responsible for maintaining sufficient balance or credit limit to complete the payment.

No warranty, representation, or guarantee, whether express or implied, is provided regarding uninterrupted availability or operation of the payment service.

4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ahmedabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

6. Dispute Resolution

Disputes relating to these terms are subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration venue will be Ahmedabad.

7. Refund and Cancellation

Fees once paid are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated in a separate refund policy.

8. Security

Payment data entered on the gateway is encrypted using secure protocols. However, users are responsible for protecting their own device and network while transacting online.

9. Changes to Terms
